As a minimum PSS Engineers and operatives hold the following accreditations;
- Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)
- Client Contractor National Safety Group (CCNSG)
- First aid trained
- Asbestos awareness
- Scottish Power Energy Networks (SPEN): WI1, EN1, SR3 and SB1 accreditations to enable them to take the relevant Safety document for works on/near to the SPEN system.
- HSG47 safe digging practices
- Impressed Voltage Awareness
- Temporary Works (BS5975) trained operatives and Managers.
- National Grid Competent Person NSI 6 & 8 (full)
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)
- EUSR Working on Earth Systems trained: National Grid requirement
