Established in 2019, Power Systems Solutions Ltd have been working within the Utilities & Energy sector providing & implementing Electrical and civil engineering solutions to facilitate the wider projects we have been involved in.
Our Directors have several years experience from the ground right up to Contracts Manager level within Large scale organisations.
Our ethos as per our strap line is to deliver Client expectations from our initial quotation to final file and as-built hand over. We are fully conversant with the CDM Regulations and understand the expectations many DNO’s impose on Principal Contractors and Contractors.
We specialise in the installation, testing & maintenance of earthing systems, Civil Engineering installations and Management of many 132kV Projects either as PC Rep or Sub-Contractor Site Manager.
Working throughout the UK North and South we are well equipped to serve all our Clients needs.
Meet the Directors
Lee Ingham – Managing Director
Lee has over 17 years experience within the Construction and Energy sector. Educated to degree level whilst still carrying all the necessary Site based accreditations to keep his boots firmly on the ground!
His career started in the Design, route proving and feasibility of many 132kV Projects on behalf of United Utilities but quickly moved into a Site Manager followed by a Project Manager role for a well known Civil’s Company based out of Salford, Gtr Manchester.
His most recent roles outside of PSS Ltd was working for Iberdrola / SP Energy Networks Ltd for 5yrs as a Construction Manager overseeing many high profile cable Projects and GIS S/S builds. From leaving SP Energy Networks and whilst developing PSS Ltd he joined Hellenic Cables as their UK Construction Project Manager to assist with tendering and Management of many 132kV Cable Installation Projects including all Commercial accountabilities.
Chris Harrison – Director
Chris has over 25 years experience within the Power and Energy sector. A Qualified wind turbine technician, fitter and HV Plant fitter he has seen it all!
His career started working in an excavation team working his way up to ganger / foreman followed by roles as a HV Fitter (incl earthing), Site Manager and SPEN SB1 / NG CP.
Chris is well known within the EHV Power Industry for all the right reasons and still produces high quality work on the ground.
